How it works

There are two options:
Provide us with a full backup of your site and database (if applicable)
OR
Grant us access to your old hosting panel and we will do the rest.
We can take care of everything needed.

Yes we do, we can deploy a vps for you that will be configured with all the resources your site needs.

All our vps servers are fully managed and includes regular backups to remote locations.

Your VPS can also be configured to handle all of your company or organisations' email needs.

Our standard Care hosting packages include us handling most content updates and amendments.

If you want a new section developed or major changes made these would be dealt with separately and might incur additional costs which would be confirmed before work begins. 

You can of course update your site yourself and just contact us if your get stuck or something does not work as expected.

You may cancel any time. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of your billing cycle.

There are no tie-ins, penalities or any hidden charges.


We maintain a hosting environment that keeps your site running correctly and our server updates should never break your site.

Occasionally there are changes to web browsers which might cause your site to stop displaying as expected.  We will be able to offer you an affordable update to ensure your site always remains compatible with current browsers.

This is no problem. We can offer you a full redesign or design and develop completely new site for you,

Well this can happen to any site, but not to worry.

Our standard Care hosting packages include site monitoring we have probably already picked up that something is wrong with your site and are in the process of fixing it.

We might move your site to one of our special lock down servers while we investigate further. Your site will be fully functional during this period but will not be able to be updated.

We can grant you temporary FTP access to your hosting space but we do not offer perminant FTP or SSH access to our servers.

One of the ways we ensure that our servers are secure and perform well for all sites is to completely manage all sites we host.

If you need full access it probably means our servers are not a good fit for your needs.

Our Care hosting services can include:
