If you received an email with the subject Your Medicare Kit Is Ready that appeared to come from websolutio.nz — we did not send it.
It is a fraudulent message. Please do not reply to it, and do not click any links or open any attachments it contains.
On 27 August 2026, a credential used for sending email was accessed without authorisation and used to send fraudulent messages carrying our domain name. We did not send these messages and did not authorise them.
We hold no medical or insurance information, and we have no involvement in Medicare or any similar programme. Any message suggesting otherwise in our name is fraudulent.
No action is needed. Delete it, and mark it as spam or phishing in your email programme if that option is available — doing so helps your provider block similar messages to others.
If you are in the United States, you can report Medicare-related fraud to Medicare on 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), and report the scam to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
If you are in New Zealand, scams can be reported to CERT NZ at cert.govt.nz.
Elsewhere, report it to your national consumer protection or cybercrime agency.
